Twinmotion 2023.2.3 is an Update to version 2023.2.0 and contains new features and bug fixes. You can open projects created and saved in 2023.2.0, 2023.2.1, and 2023.2.2 in version 2023.2.3. However, projects created and saved in 2023.2.3 will not open in 2023.2.0, 2023.2.1, and 2023.2.2.

Adobe Substance 3D Community Button
We have added a new button in our Adobe Substance 3D library category for seamless access to the Substance 3D Community Assets website, where you can find free Substance materials.

New Automotive Template: Iceland
A new visualization template has been added in the Home panel. With this automotive template, you can replace the placeholder car and visualize your designs in two contrasting yet equally enchanting Icelandic environments.

Interoperability
TM-14411 - The orientation of IES Light Profiles imported from Revit is now correct.
TM-14209 - Material conflicts in imported Datasmith files are now resolved when selecting the Use scene material option in the Material conflict dialog box.
Tools
TM-14607 - Fixed a random crash that sometimes occurred when the mouse button was released.
TM-13504 - Fixed an issue where the Material picker was not working on certain cloud assets
New Known Bugs and Limitations Affecting 2023.2.3
Interoperability
TM-14999 - The orientation of lights are not exported correctly in Datasmith files created in Twinmotion and opened in Unreal Engine.
Rendering
TM-14595 - Particle effects are not visible in clay rendering.
TM-14476 - Closing Twinmotion during a video export leads to a crash.
TM-14458 - Hang after exporting local and Cloud media.
Workaround: Do not export media locally and to Twinmotion Cloud at the same time.
