Once a Presentation is created, you can modify it by removing or editing the media assets, or by adding alternative versions of a media asset to the Presentation. You may also want to Rename, Delete, or Duplicate Presentations. You can do all this by using the options in the Media menu.
The Media Menu
The media assets inside a Presentation (images, videos, sequences, and panoramas) as well as the Presentation itself, each have their own Media menu.
In the Media menu of media assets, you can Remove media, Edit media, and enable As alternative on / off on media assets to add them as alternative versions to Presentations.
In the Media menu of a Presentation, you can Rename, Delete, or Duplicate Presentations.
Opening the Media menu
Hover over the thumbnail of a Presentation, or of an image, video, sequence, or panorama inside a Presentation.
Click the ellipsis (...) that appears above the thumbnail image.
Removing Media from Presentations
In the Media menu of the media asset that you want to remove, select Remove.
Editing Media in Presentations
In the Media menu of the media asset that you want to edit, select Edit Media.
The settings that you can edit are displayed in the Ambience panel.
Edit the media asset.
When you return to the Presentation, the modifications will be applied to the media asset.
Adding Alternative Versions of Media to Presentations
You can create alternative versions of an image, video, sequence, or panorama, and add the original version and the alternate versions in the same Presentation. This can be useful when you want to show the same scene under different viewing or rendering conditions, for example by varying the lighting or weather, changing materials, or hiding scene elements. When you add alternative versions of a media asset to a Presentation, your collaborators can easily view and compare them against each other.
To include an alternative version of a media asset
Create a duplicate version of an image, video, sequence, or panorama.
Modify the duplicate version.
Add the original version and the duplicate version to a Presentation.
In the Presentation, in the Media menu of the media that you want to mark as an alternative version, select As alternative on/off. When a media is marked as an alternative, the background behind the thumbnail becomes a lighter shade of gray.
Export the Presentation, either locally or to Twinmotion Cloud.
When the Presentation is viewed, the original version is marked with a star in the Media Strip. Click the star on the original version to view the nested alternative versions.
Renaming Presentations
In the Media menu of the Presentation that you want to rename, select Rename.
Type the new name for your Presentation.
Deleting Presentations
In the Media menu of the Presentation that you want to delete, select Delete.
Duplicating Presentations
In the Media menu of the Presentation that you want to duplicate, select Duplicate.
A duplicate of your Presentation with an identical name is created.
