Updating and Uploading
You can update Presentations and Panorama Sets in Twinmotion and upload new versions of them while retaining the same shareable hyperlink or scannable QR code. Each updated version that is uploaded replaces the existing version on Twinmotion Cloud. Your collaborators will be able to continue using the same hyperlink, QR code, and optional password to view the content.
Uploading Content Without Overwriting Existing Content
A unique identifier is assigned to each Presentation or Panorama Set and is associated with its uploaded version on Twinmotion Cloud. If you want to keep a current version of a Presentation or Panorama Set on Twinmotion Cloud but would like to update it and upload a new version, do the following:
Create a duplicate of the Presentation or Panorama Set in the Media dock. This creates a new identifier for the duplicate and ensures that it does not overwrite the initial Presentation or Panorama Set on Twinmotion Cloud.
Modify the duplicate (optional).
Upload the duplicate to Twinmotion Cloud.
Renaming Presentations, Panorama Sets, or Twinmotion files that contain Presentations or Panorama Sets, or creating a new Twinmotion file with the Save as command, does not create new identifiers for Presentations or Panorama Sets.
Creating a Duplicate Version of a Presentation or Panorama Set
In the Media dock, click the Presentation or Panorama Set icon.
Click the ellipsis (...) that appears above the image of a Presentation or Panorama Set to display the menu.
In the menu, select Duplicate.
A new version is created and added to the Media dock.
