The eye material controls are found by navigating to the Materials > Eyes panel.
Eye properties are divided into five sections; presets, iris, pupil, cornea, and sclera. You can change both eyes at the same time, or change each eye separately.
Presets
In the presets section, apply one of the 12 available presets by double clicking on the thumbnail.
Iris
The Iris section is where you can further customize eye color, iris size, and a number of other properties (detailed below). You can also choose a different iris pattern by clicking one of the presets in this tab.
You can configure the following properties:

Iris Rotation | Rotate the iris around the center of the pupil. |
Primary Color | Select a base color for the iris. |
Secondary Color | Select a detail color for the iris. |
Color Blend | Controls the balance between the areas covered by the Base Color and the Detail Color. |
Blend Method | Choose how the Base Color and Detail Color blend together:

Shadow Details | Controls the strength of the shadow in the iris region. |
Limbal Ring Size | Controls the dark circle that appears on the iris under the limbus. |
Limbal Ring Softness | Controls how soft or sharp the limbal ring appears. |
Limbal Ring Color | Controls the color of the limbal ring. |
Global Saturation | Controls the overall saturation of the iris. |
Global Tint | Provides the option to tint the entire iris with a custom color. |
Pupil
The pupil is the dark, circular opening in the middle of the iris. The Pupil section enables you to control the appearance of this part of the eyes.
You can configure the following properties:

Dilation | Controls how dilated the pupil is. |
Feather | Controls how sharp or soft the pupil appears. |
Cornea
The cornea is the transparent layer that forms the front of the eye and covers the iris and pupil. The Cornea section controls the appearance of this part of the eyes.

Size | Controls the size of the cornea region. This is the parameter to use if you want to adjust the size of the iris region. |
Limbus Softness | Controls the soft transition between the cornea and sclera. |
Limbus Color | Controls the color of the limbus region. |
Sclera
The Sclera section controls the sclera (white part of the eyes).
You can configure the following properties:

Rotation | Controls the rotation of the tiny veins in the outer layer of the sclera. |
Tint | Controls the color of the sclera. |
Transmission Spread | Controls the intensity of the Tint color. |
Transmission Color | Controls scattering of muscles under the sclera towards the limbus region. |
Vascularity Intensity | Controls the intensity of the veins below the sclera surface. |
Vascularity Coverage | Controls the density of the veins below the sclera surface. |
