The Content browser is where you can access the Fortnite Creative inventory and tools to create your gameplay experiences.
Follow the steps below to access the Content browser.

Spawn into your Creative island.

Press ~ on your keyboard to select the Phone Tool.

Press Tab on your keyboard to open the Content browser.
The assets within the Content browser are updated with every update. With this growing inventory, you can easily use sidebars and filters to find assets by name, theme, and even tags.
Content Browser Sidebars
The Creative inventory holds all of the assets to create both the environment and mechanics of your unique gameplay experiences.
Because of the wide range of tools offered, you can easily navigate through assets using the left and right sidebars.
The left sidebar displays the Categories panel, which contains a search bar and categories to help you locate the assets offered. The right sidebar displays both the Details panel and Filters tabs to sort through assets by tags.
Press CTRL + R, or select the side arrows to expand or collapse the left and right panels.
Categories Panel
The left sidebar is the Categories panel, which sorts the Creative inventory assets into categories. You can also use the search bar to search for assets by name.
Within the Categories sidebar, you can expand the contents displayed for the following categories that contain the Creative inventory:
Home
Opening the Content browser will take you to the Home category. This displays a collection of featured assets from each category below it.
Prefabs and Galleries
Hone your level design skills by using assets from the Prefabs and Galleries categories.
The Prefabs category holds sets of pre-built structures furnished with props. The Galleries category holds individual assets sorted by theme that contain building assets and props to build and decorate your environment.
Combine assets from these categories to create unique environments like Lava Cave that suit your gameplay's theme.
Devices
Create game mechanics on your island with the assets offered from the Devices category. This category contains a wide range of devices you can use to create an infinite variety of unique gameplay experiences.
Combine devices like the Player Spawner and Post Process device to create gameplays such as Prop Hunt that leave your players craving more.

Weapons
Use assetss from the Weapons category to add the necessary weapons for your players to use during gameplay.
Combine weapons with devices like the Item Spawner Sideways Minigun to recreate combat games such as Creature Rush.
Items
The Items category contains assets that players can use to fulfill device requirements and add status effects.
Pair devices like the Conditional Button with objective items to create gameplays such as Jewel Thief, where players must collect assets to unlock devices.
Chest
The Chest is where you can store assets from the Weapons and Items categories to grant players through in-game chests or llamas.
To add assets to the Chest tab, select an asset from the Weapons or Items tab, then click Add to Chest.
Details Panel
The right panel of your screen is the Details panel, which explains an asset's information and tags. Within this panel are two tabs that contain an asset's attributes and the tags associated with it.
Information Tab
Select the right tab on the Details panel (the information icon) to see a selected asset's details, such as rarity and damage statistics.
You can also select the information icon above the asset to view its details and tags.
Menu Tab
Tag are ways to identify and categorize assets by theme and usage.
Within the Details panel, you can also select the menu icon to sort through assets in the Creative inventory by their tags. You can select one or multiple tags by selecting their checkboxes.
In this panel, you can further select tags through the Union and Intersect tabs. The Union tab shows every asset that falls in the selected tag. You can select the Intersect tab to only display assets that share similar tags.
Within the Menu tab, use the Clear and Mode functions to clear assets or switch between modes.
To clear the tags above the inventory assets, you can either press ALT + C on your keyboard or right-click them.
Press ALT + F on your keyboard to access Mode, which automatically switches between the Union and Intersect tabs.
