How to set up the PV service in your Production environment and go live.

Configure your Production environment

After you test the service thoroughly in your Test environment, the next step is to set up your Production environment and go live.

IMPORTANT: The Production environment has its own integration configuration and client credentials. Ensure you use the Production environment details for your go-live integration, and not those for the Test environment.

  1. In the Dashboard, select the required product and then click the **Production **button in the top right corner.

  2. Set up your Production environment in the same way as for your Test environment:

  3. Click Submit for review. This triggers the review by KWS of your Production environment settings. See The Production environment review process below.

  4. When KWS has reviewed and approved your settings, configure your product to use the Production environment integration details.

  5. Go live.

The Production environment review process

Before your Production environment PV service can go live, KWS performs a review of your service configuration.

How long does the review take?

We typically complete the review within 7 business days (Monday to Friday). During periods of high demand, the review might take longer. When we finish the review, we notify you. If your settings do not pass the review process, we provide the reason so you can rectify the issue.

What exactly do we review?

We primarily review those product and branding settings where there is the potential for content to be malicious to the SuperAwesome and/or Epic brand names.

If your content violates any of the following restrictions, we will not approve your Production environment configuration:

  • Privacy Policy must exist at the provided link
  • Privacy Policy must make sense and not be meaningless content
Product’s customer support/ FAQs
  • Customer support/FAQs must exist at the provided link
  • Customer support/FAQs must make sense and not be meaningless content
Product’s Redirect URL (optional)
  • If provided, the URL must point to a valid web resource.
Product’s banner image
  • If you do not upload a custom banner image, we delay approval until we have confirmed that you wish to display the default SuperAwesome banner.
  • If you upload an image, these restrictions apply:
    • No blatant plagiarism or copyright violation
    • Uploaded image must not be obscene
    • Uploaded image must have some direct relation to your product or organization
Product’s favicon
  • If you do not upload a custom favicon image, we delay approval until we have confirmed that you wish to display the default SuperAwesome favicon.
  • If you upload an image, these restrictons apply:
    • No blatant plagiarism or copyright violation
    • Uploaded image must not be obscene
    • Uploaded image must have some direct relation to your product or organization
